ONLINE BUYING, DOWNLOADING AND PAYMENT, HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you want to buy and directly download our midi files or MP3 backing tracks online you have to be registered at our web shop. For that you need to do a "One-off registration".
HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can do so by clicking the button 'CLICK HERE FOR' at the left at our home page.
Then you will be redirected to the page where you can open a shopping basket in case you already are a registered user and received a 10-digit Customer-ID.
Also you will find a button "ONE-OFF REGISTRATION". Click this button to register.
1. Please fill out all the details requested and then press the button "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
2. A confirmation e-mail of your registration will be sent to the stated e-mail address.
3. This e-mail will contain an activation/corfirmation link, which must be used within 24 hours.
NOTE:
Please check your SPAM INBOX if you did not received this activation e-mail.
Upon confirmation of your registration you will be redirected to our website and an active (empty) shopping basket will open automatically.
Also you will receive a second e-mail with your log in details (your registered e-mail address and 10-digit Customer-ID) which you will need to visit our web shop again in the future to open a new shopping basket.
Your registered e-mail address and Customer-ID will not expire, and can be used for future visits.

When you open a (new) shopping basket you can put the midi files or MP3 backing tracks of your choice in the shopping basket. After that you can either "check out" or choose "add another song title". You cannot buy midi files and MP3 backing tracks at the same time.
When you click "check out" you can choose to pay online via iDEAL (only for Dutch bank account holders) or via credit card, Mastercard or VISA.
Make sure to follow up the directions on the web pages of the bank or credit card companies.
DO NOT CLOSE DOWN YOUR INTERNET BROWSER DURING THIS AUTOMATED PAY PROCESS!
After approval of your online payment, your order will be prepared for you and you will automatically return to our download page where you need to download your order YOURSELF.
When you click "check out" you can choose to pay online via iDEAL (only for Dutch bank account holders) or via credit card, Mastercard or VISA.
Make sure to follow up the directions on the web pages of the bank or credit card companies.

YOUR DOWNLOADED ORDER IS A COMPRESSED SIT-FILE
Your download is a compressed SIT-file. The SIT-file must be unfolded with "the Stuffit Expander programm ".
The Stuffit Expander programm can be freely downloaded from our website (choose 'Free Software' from the menu on the left hand side).
You have to install this programm once on your PC.
You can use this programm also for future SIT downloads from our midi- or audio OnlineWeb Shop.
Upon unfolding The Stuffit programm will ask for a password. This password is the same as your personal 10-digit Customer-ID. The SIT-file will now unfold to a regular folder with the same name as the SIT file (YMGxxxxx). You will find enclosed the ordered song file(s), the invoice, system information and our terms of delivery.
